The hotel had beautiful surroundings with swans in a water pond outside the rooms and a variety of plants and trees. The rooms were elegant and comfortable. The breakfast served in the garden was a great experience.
The service at the hotel was lacking. There were delays in getting assistance and the staff seemed forgetful about fulfilling requests.

Comfortable Rooms & Friendly Staff the rooms were quite comfortable and well maintained, the staff always greeted us with a smile and were very friendly. the location was convenient with nearby attractions. the food was decent, but nothing to write home about.
Lack of Amenities Unfortunately, the hotel lacked amenities that we were expecting. the room had no mini-fridge, the shower was not working well and there was no fitness center.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. We loved the beautiful natural surroundings with palm trees and the open area location. The breakfast provided by the hotel was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
